Dear Customer, As you should be aware we are migrating your account to a new billing system so that we can provide a better service to you. It has been decided that we shall change our method of billing to 'ProRated' to the 1st of the month. This means that you may get your next invoice a little earlier than normal and it will also be due on the 1st of the month. We have taken this measure to simplify our administration and allow us to provide a better service. Dear Customer, For the past few years we have used ClientExec to manage accounts, invoicing and billing. Whilst the software did serve it's purpose we are finding that updates and our changing business model are making it harder for us to work with ClientExec. From today we are starting to migrate all of our customers to a new billing system called WHMCS. As there is no way to automatically transfer your account to the new system, we must do this manually - which will take time. When your account has been migrated we will email you with login details. At that time, please let us know that you are able to login to your account. Saturn was offline for 30 minutes today, a reboot was required to bring the server back into action. We are working with our data centre and server technicians to find the root cause of the problems we are currently experiencing. It is hoped that a resolution will be found by the end of the day. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
