By default we provide a basic level of technical support. We will help with any problems related to the default software and do our best to help with any other issues that may occur. We don't cover anything proactive - so things like software updates will be your responsibility. If you opt for a basic managed service we recommend that you have at least basic knowledge of the operating system you choose. |
